As previously reported by designboom, zaha hadid’s ‘one thousand museum’ in miami, florida is nearing completion, topping off in february 2018. the 62-story tower, with 83 half-and full-floor residences, houses a wealth of luxury amenities including a private vault, a multimedia theater, and private dining area. the building will also accessible via a private helipad — the only residential helipad on the east coast.
