Set to open in late 2018, the One Thousand Museum, by Zaha Hadid Architects, will be one of the most luxurious skyscrapers in the world. Homes at the lavish Miami tower vary from residences spread over half a floor, which start at $5.65 million (£4.21m), to the incredible duplex penthouse (price on application). Each residence has at least four bedrooms, with some having as many as six.
