Zaha Hadid’s ‘One Thousand Museum’ tops out as new interior renderings are revealed
‘One Thousand Museum,’ the much-anticipated residential tower designed by zaha hadid architects, has topped out in miami. the announcement coincides with new renderings of the project, which document its luxury amenity spaces. the 62-story tower with 83 half- and full-floor residences is hadid’s first and final residential skyscraper in the western hemisphere. after breaking ground in 2015, the project is on track for an early completion in late 2018.
Designed by zaha hadid architects, with ODP architects working as the architect of record, one thousand museum will contain a total of 83 residences. the new renderings highlight the project’s sky lounge as well as the double-height aquatic center with indoor pool, and the lifestyle center and spa, which overlooks the tower’s sun and swim terrace level.
