ZAHA HADID (1950-2016)

On march 31, 2016, the world unexpectedly lost one of its brightest stars. A revolutionary who redefined architecture for her generation, dame Zaha Hadid left behind a body of work that is and will remain an inspiration to those within her field, as well as countless others well beyond it. We were privileged to secure ms. Hadid’s formidable talents for the design of One Thousand Museum, a project we began with Zaha Hadid Architects in 2013. We are deeply committed to ensuring that the single residential skyscraper she designed in the western hemisphere during her lifetime will live up to every expectation she had for it.
